  1. Problem description 1: [When BIFG needed to turn the attention towards the making the home and garden opportunities occur. There were certain issues with Collins and Arbeloff which they required to sort out.  The first issue was the threat of  inventors in the industry who were perhaps  overlooked and were sitting on the worthy products ]
    1. Problem description 2: [The next issue was the use of the successful process in the Kids’ space to an extended industry that is much different from the kid’s toy industry.]

  1. Problem description: [The BIG IDEA GROUP wanted to stay sustainable in the market and expand too with their innovative ideas. They intended to employ the same process of the Kid’s industry. The issue was to find the right people and the right resources for actualizing this dream.  ]

  • Comparison of most important problem with the other problem: [The problem of successfully using the inventory process used in the Kids’ industry is more important because if the issue is resolved once , it will open new ways and opportunities for the company, The competitors will no longer be a problem and the company will be able to gain the competitive advantage in the market through their innovative ideas dealt in a vast range of industries. ]

      1. How the most important problem affects him / her / them: [Innovation in the current industry is the most essential aspect every organization should focus on. It has also been found that the customers or the end users stay agreeable on paying money for the product or service worthy of it.  When the strategy of innovation will be suitably applied in other industries too, it will facilitate the customer as they will receive more innovative outlook of the products and services in the industry.

It has been found that ideas can come from anywhere but finding actually talented people is difficult. However, the perfect combination of people and process gives success to innovation.]
