More than three paragraphs in a cover page will give a clumsy look to the same (Dontigney, 2012)..The last paragraph within the cover letter shall be removed as it will provide the reader a sense of the need for the job interview. Words used such as “we can discuss my application further with you and hope to be part of your Geology department team which am looking forward to adding real value in” does not provide a positive impression regarding the person. The feedback which was provided by the other students to me has been proven to be quite useful. The two different types of feedbacks which has been provided to me & I would work upon it in order to make the redraft the cover letter in a better manner is to combine the second & third paragraphs together and remove the last paragraph (Dontigney, 2012).Such changes shall be done which would help in drafting the cover letter to the point as well as precise manner. What I tend to get is feedback on substance rather than style, and I appreciate that. I particularly value feedback on style but I don’t get it very often these days. I certainly send out my material quite widely if I’ve got time. Its practical constraints that tend to limit it, and practical constraints in the sense that it depends on what space there is between the draft and having to deliver something (Doyle, 2011).
