It is observed that, servant leader is distinct from a person who is a leader, because of acquiring substance possessions. The main priority of servant leadership is to serve the individuals highest concern needs (Spears, 2010)

Evaluate the impact of servant leadership on educational institutions.
The data obtained of 555 employees from two educational institutions by applying actions of servant leadership to identify follower’s belief and behavior in their leaders (Sendjaya, 2010)
After conducting the survey, the result reveals that servant leadership is a predictor of belief, responsible ethics, and influencing authority which considerably helps in achieving supporter’s belief in their leaders. It is also analyzed that, subordinates have higher belief levels who have taken high behavior of servant leadership in their leaders as compared to those subordinates who have low belief levels who have taken low behavior of leadership in their levels.
\It is observed that the association between leadership and trust had fascinated interests of scholarly from many years, but the process of how to create the trust between leaders and followers is still unknown. This study has been taken to solve the gap by testing the relationship between behavior of servant leadership and followers belief in their leaders.
The study revealed that definite belief building behaviors which helps the leaders to enjoy enunciation of a mutual mission, expression of belief and value for followers.
It is known that servant leadership is often associated with the Bible and Jesus Christ and it is totally compatible with most religions and theories of philosophy. There are three reasons which show that servant leadership is associated with the bible such as first, in servant leadership, a religious servant leader is motive driven, understands and develops God’s motive for the cathedral and acted as an agent through others get to know and view Christ. Secondly a religious servant leader is aim oriented which always keep in mind that the final goal of the Body of Christ has to be correlated with the reflection of Christ and at last, a religious servant leader is visionary which helps the religions to authorize the scared strength to work on, and helps the religions to carried out God’s mission and its on earth. These three aspects help people and religion to treat God in the middle of their life and ministry (William, 2010)
Benefits and limitations of servant leadership
The first benefit of servant leadership is changeable and long term approach which helps the society to create a positive change.
It is observed that, both transformational and servant leaders show anxiety to their followers and the main focus of the servant leadership is to provide service to their followers on time.
Limitations of servant leadership
It is observed that hearing and understanding to others may lead to lack of mission and vision.
It is observed that it’s a lengthy process, which cannot be promptly instilled throughout the organization.

In authentic leadership, authentic leaders take out the best from their coworkers and colleagues and attracted by them to follow their suggestions willingly(George&Bennis,2008)
