But this basic root of many problems can only be resolved when the situation would be highlighted.Communication is very important if the social workers want to resolve the mental health issues of the dislocated people. The communication which is respectful and sensitive, the situations that are comfortable and beneficial shall be provided to such people so that they get to experience peace in their daily lives. This way the mental health issues would be relieved. The main reason behind the health issues of these dislocated people and the asylum seekers are the lack of resources and the unemployment. So implementing that space in the community for them would be a great idea to promote health conditions. Thus the workers’ understanding of the cultural, historical and the current issues which the Torres Strait Islanders or the Aboriginals shall be marked out to keep up with the overall standard of health. The fourth policy plan has many underlying principles and the important ones that are marked shall be implemented in the health care system.The national action would be incomplete when the mental health would not be improved for the marginalized sections in the Aboriginal society. Therefore, social workers can work by collaborating with the Mental Health Statement of Rights and Responsibilities like complete inclusion and the recovery from the past experiences, prevention of the problems, continuity of the care and affection and also preparing the report of the progress.
