It can be said that if I were to leave the current position tomorrow, my contribution to the organization in terms of helping the organization in achieving its goals by managing its resources well. I am working as the manager in the organization and 5 individuals are working under me, the people who are working under me I help them in realizing their goals and objectives. Being a manager in the Company I have so many responsibilities on my head, like managing the things in the accurate way and assigning of the tasks to the individuals who are working under me. My main contribution to the organization is to find the individuals who may fill their weakness and work jointly. According to me, if I were to leave the current position then my contribution to the organization is managing of the resources, fulfilling all the responsibilities on the time, dealing with the employees in the nice manner and maintains the discipline of the Company. At the function of the farewell, I talked to everyone in the nice manner which shows that I maintain the integrity in the nice manner. At the function of the farewell, I thanked to my all bosses and executives which helped me while working in the organization. As per me, while working in the organization I approached to everybody with same respect and dignity. At the function of the farewell, I was dealing with everyone justly and consistently. I can say dedication is my main feature which motivates me to achieve the task with proper time and energy.According to me, my bosses and executives would appreciate me because of my dedication and commitment towards the work of the organization. It is very clear that my bosses would appreciate me even when I leave and give example to other employees in the organization. As per me, no any differences would exist because my bosses of the organization have already appreciated me in front of everyone at the farewell. In case, if they say anything bad about me then in that situation I cannot do anything it’s their perception because everyone has its own perception.
Leadership Style
According to me, democratic style of the leadership motivates me a lot. In general, democratic style of the leadership comprises the leader involving one or more workers in the process of decision making. The leader builds the authority of the final decision making. Implementing this style of the leadership is not considered as the sign of weakness but considered as the symbol of the strength which employees shall respect (Boselie, Paauwe & Jansen, 2001). This style of the leadership is used when the leader has only part of the information and workers have other parts. Normally, the leader is not anticipated to know each and everything and this is the reason the Company employs skillful and knowledgeable employees. This style of the leadership is considered as the mutual advantage because it allows employees to become portion of the organization and permits the leader and manager to make good decisions. The democratic style of the leadership is open and has collegial method of running the team. Opinions move freely among the group and discussed openly (Sisson, 2001). The democratic style of the leadership helps in facilitating the conversation, motivating people to communicate their ideas and analyzing all the given information in the best possible action. These all qualities of the democratic style of the leadership motivate me a lot while working as the manager in the organization. Being a manager in the Company before taking any decision I always try to take my workers suggestion who are working under me and this feature of my leadership resembles with democratic style of the leadership. This quality of the leadership permits me and my employees to become as the portion of the organization and permits the manager to make good decisions (Kidder, 2003). This style of the leadership helps me in facilitating the ideas; motivate people to communicate their ideas and action. According to me critical element for the success is to support employees by right support (Boselie, Paauwe & Jansen, 2001). I know what all skills I don’t have and try to work upon them to become expert in everything. To have success in the future, I planned short, medium and long term goals and strategies how to achieve them in adequate period of the time.
Current Leadership Strengths

In general, everyone in the organization or team brings distinct qualities, attributes and skills which contribute to deliver the successful results (Wood, 1995).
- Other main strength of my current leadership is to search the people who can fill the weakness and work jointly in accomplishment of the goal of the organization.
- Easily get bored and always looking for the new challenges.
- Love to take the risk which sometimes become as the challenge. I always try to do something creative in the organization which sometimes become as the challenge for me and hampers the efficiency of the organization (Marchington & Wilkinson, 2002).
- According to me, sometimes my ideas and people who are working under me and their ideas are varying and which leads to problem in accomplishing of the task.
Current Leadership Weakness
It is very clear that I am not technically competent but have little experience in developing of the teams. I am working as the manager in the Company and five individuals are working under me and I managed them very well in accomplishing of their tasks in the organization. It is not required to be technically competent while making the formation of the team only few things are required such as effective leadership, communication and good attitude towards the employees. Yes, I am an outgoing person and always try to work on my own and take help of others when it is needed.
Comparison of the Current attributes with those desired in the future
As per me, I need to develop the effective skills of the listening because working as the manager only speaking skill does not matter, one should listen the words of the other person and involve in the communication as what other person is talking about (Griffin & Moorhead, 2007). In general, advanced skills of the communication can be created with the help of simple interactions. Skills of the communication may be practiced everyday and vary from social to professional. Effective skills of the listening make the individual to open himself for future partnerships and opportunities (Marchington & Wilkinson, 2002). The attitude towards the communication shall have the considerable impact to communicate with others in the nice manner. I will try to become sensitive to feelings of the other people and believing in other people competence for creation of effective listening skills. Time to time, I will analyze the results of process and implementing objective procedures for ensuring that the client is accomplishing its personal objectives. Yes I need coaching and mentoring programs to achieve the balance among the fulfillment of the organizational objectives and goals while taking into consideration the personal requirements of the individual employees. In simple words, coaching and mentoring program considered as the two way association with both the employee and the organization for gaining of considerable benefits.
4B – Develop capacity
Yes, I need to expose myself to new and different experiences because exposing to new and different situations would enable me to have different and new skills which helps me in future for gaining of higher position in the organization. Dealing with new and different experiences would help me a lot in refining of my skills, knowledge and capabilities. Some of the ways which can help me to expose myself to new and different experiences like try to expand the business of the Company globally hire the people with special skills which help the organization in achievement of its goals and help the organization with the help of creative and innovative ideas (Boselie, Paauwe & Jansen, 2001).

According to me, I need conventional training and effective leadership training to cover the work associated skills, knowledge and techniques and transacts with the positive approach. The most efficient way is to develop the individuals instead to personal development and learning. It is very clear that efficient leadership training may assist the individuals and organizations to build upon what is recently happening in the Company and enhance the motivation, performance and entire effectiveness for upcoming time. In general, investing in the development of the leadership training and skills not only increases the capabilities and competencies of the current leadership but ensuring that leaders can overcome the economic and competitive challenges and assists them in inspiring the organization and its team of the management to increase the overall performance of the business. As working as the manager in the Company, it is important to develop the new skills and enhancing the ones that we have. Involving people, and asking their views and listen to their suggestion and feedback creates the great variation to them and shall offer the environment which is open to improvements and innovation. Boredom and Frustration are counterproductive to match the jobs with the people with accurate skills. If the individual is recruited for any function and not given the chance to implement its skills and then in that case individual shall not produce the best work and might leave (Fong & Kleiner, 2004).
In summation to the training, coaching and mentoring is another chance for developing the individual in the business. It may assist individuals to develop and acquire new skills and build self esteem and accelerate plans of the career and navigate the business through complex situations. Mentoring is private and supportive association among two people and offers the individuals comprised with the opportunity to develop and share their experience, skills, knowledge, shortcuts and wisdom (George & Jones, 2008). Mentors facilitates in constructive reflection of the behaviors and journeys of the learning. It is very clear that the individual is accountable for his own engagement, while the leadership and the organization are responsible for the engagement of the employees. Encouragement of the organization and leadership is to make the contributions for increasing the engagement of the employees. Inspiring is considered as communication of the direction and energizing and collaborating individuals to overcome the problems and the accomplishment of group vision and personal goals. Coaching is the best way to train the workers so they can acquire the attitudes and skills to achieve the change.
4C Assessment of SuccessIt is viewed that my style of the leadership is resembled with Democratic Style of the Leadership. This democratic style of the leadership is required in rapidly and dynamic environment. It is analyzed that democratic style of the leadership motivates and aspires my style of the leadership because this style of the leadership offered with suggestions and possibilities which might be overwhelming and complex to commit. As the manager in the Company it is important to develop the effective skills of the listening and this strategy of the communication I will try to achieve as soon as possible (Clawson, 2009). As it is mentioned above I need effective leadership training to cover the work associated skills, knowledge and techniques and dealing with the positive approach. This effective leadership would help the employees in the Company to cover the work associated techniques and skills with the positive approach. In general, investing in the development of the leadership training and skills not only increases the capabilities and competencies of the current leadership but ensuring that leaders can overcome the economic and competitive challenges and assists them in inspiring the organization and its team of the management to increase the overall performance of the business (Boselie, Paauwe & Jansen, 2001). If I were to leave the organization today them my contribution to the organization as the manager is as follows:

It can be said that after evaluation of the leadership style, I am able to point out my strengths and weakness and the areas that I need to work upon. My current weaknesses of the leadership are like to take the risk which sometimes become as the challenge. According to me, sometimes my ideas and people who are working under me and their ideas are varying and which leads to problem in accomplishing of the task.
After evaluation of my leadership strengths and weakness I need to focus on few areas such as effective listening skills for improving the communication among the employees and this can be achieved in short span of time and enables me to open myself for upcoming opportunities and partnerships (Bratton & Gold, 2003). Another change is effective training for the leadership which assists me and the organization to builds upon what is recently happening in the company and enhances the performance, motivation and entire effectiveness for the upcoming time. This effective training for the leadership can be achieved within the short span of time. After implementation of these changes this would enable me to improve my skills of the leadership.
