Outline

Introduction

The IT project depends upon the steps that are taken by the company for the smooth execution of the tasks. In this process, the challenges and other factors that can directly impact the performance of the project is closely evaluated. This is done with an intention of avoiding the risks that are involved in the process of the IT implementation (Hamlin et al., 2001).

Literature review

Through the review, the management attempts to find the different reasons that can directly impact the business performance. There are many factors that impact the performance of the IT plan that has been drafted by the management. In this case, the review is done to analyse the reason for the failure of the system.

Problem

The problems are analysed to find a solution to the challenges that are faced by the company at the time of execution of the task. In this case, the problem and its seriousness is researched to find the impact of the same on the performance of the plan.

Purpose statement

This statement defines the reason or factors that impacts the steps that has to be followed for the execution of the IT task. An attempt is made to find the reason that causes IT system failure and the steps that can be taken to avoid any sort of confusion that might exist at the time of implementing the plan for the conduct of the IT task.

Research Questions
