This report has been designed in order to highlight the ethical issues faced by me when I was working with ABC accounting firm. It was observed that during the subsidiary audit of the useful client, I have found the incorrect reporting of the avoided building situated in the non attractive neighborhood. It can be said that I was facing the ethical considerations in the Company ABC. It was observed that my supervisor B has actually changed the report and presented the client as non- qualified. According to my view, the ethical evaluation depicts that the organization can be considered as the qualified company because it was not satisfying the ethics policies and the client was mainly concentrating on the faulty practices of the accounting. I was confused about the condition and what type of strategy should I implement at that time because due to supervisor the company may run when they award the tag of unqualified to client. According to me, at that time I was thinking that the Company was operating on non ethical practices because for achievement of profits. In normal, culture of the organization generally describes the standards of the organization and on the other side standards which were present in the Company depicts that the management of the Company was rigid to the ethics implications. It was easily estimated that the organization culture was not ethically enriched because Company Directors was with Mr. B supervisor of the company and have opted the policies. I can say that organization culture of the ABC Company was not sufficient and was creating problems for me in the long run and short run. The actual dilemma that I faced was what should I opt for the personal beliefs about the ethics or should I opt for the Company performance that was because of non- ethical practices. Due to lack of implementation of compliance and ethics program, I was facing the difficulty in making the decisions quickly concerning the existing situation. In short, I can say that I was facing the problem to arrive at any result and faced the dilemma whether should I report the misconduct of my superior to the Company’s management or not. Due to robust personal values of the ethics created confusion for me that shall I ignore the superior actions or shall I submit the non- qualified audit report and situation to the management of the Company. I was facing the major problem shall I go with the superior or to report the case to the management of the Company. Being, the employee, I thought about the Company and reports the matter to my supervisor. On the other side, I would have the opportunity to ignore the matter and that could result in rewards for me and in the kind of the promotion whereas if I report the matter to the superiors then it would depict the failure in obtaining of the client account that may beneficial for the ABC Company in financial terms in upcoming periods of the operation. It is very clear that people works in the organization may face various problems while satisfying their requirements of the job. In various situations, most of the workers get confused what kind of decisions must be taken that are ethical and acceptable to individuals and entities impacted by the action (Walton, 1977)As the normal human being, if I report the matter to the management of the company then it would pose the significant disadvantages for me including negative analysis of my performance and accountable for the consistency of the report. In the case of the litigation, I would be accountable for the legal issue and the negative evaluation that could jeopardize my position at the Company. The ethical dilemmas must be solved through proper implementation of ethical theories and suggestions that are applicable and ethical to the parties indulged in the case. If I report the situation to the partner, then the benefit would be initial audit report would issue and action would be taken to make sure that the ethics code is truly followed in the upcoming time. According to my concern, ABC Company is profit oriented, and code of ethics was there in the Company but it was not implemented efficiently. As per my view, if proper code of ethics is not implemented in the organization then workers of the company might take the decisions that are immoral and unethical for gaining of intrinsic and extrinsic rewards without any fear of the penalties being enforced (Pearce & Ravlin, 1987)

According to my perception, this problem can be solved through implementation of Ethics and Compliance programs. The development of the ethics program is not only important for the success of the organization but also considered to be efficient in several matters of human resource. In general, compliance and ethics to the ethics agenda comprises a range f levels that are fully developed and designed by the management of the Company. It is very clear that compliance and ethics program is not only code of ethics and conduct but includes a category of elements. According to me, the elements of the compliance and ethics program are clear, values of the organization, ethical objectives and strategies for the purpose of the decision making and support agendas for the execution of ethical procedures and convergence of worker corporate values. Being the employee of the Company I have recommended the compliance and ethics program which comprise the customer’s loyalty, minimized ethical meltdowns, enhanced worker productivity and loyalty, sales improvement, enhanced monetary performance and reduction in the ethical situations. According to me, if this program implemented by the Company then it would help me in solving of the existing ethical dilemma. If the Company implements the program properly then I would have not faced any problem in arriving at the result and which helped me to decide whether to report or not the ethical misbehavior of my supervisor to proper personnel. If the proper ethical program was implemented in the Company then it would helped me in solving of the situation like shall I tell about the unqualified report to the management or not. According to my perception, the deficiency of such type of programs would encourage the workers to mix into non ethical behavior without any kind of check for their own advantages. Being the auditor in the Company, I issued the qualified audit report for the customer who had shown the assets value overstated in its balance sheet but my supervisor changed the qualified audit report with the non qualified audit report and my supervisor has made bad remarks on the audit report that were totally damaging my career. Due to lack of proper compliance and ethics program, I was totally confused regarding the situation. To resolve the ethical dilemma of me and other employees I have recommended to the company that they should implement the compliance and ethics program.The qualified audit report in the ABC record did not have my name, and on the other side, report given by me was replaced my superior Mr. B. In fact, my supervisor has done the negative evaluation about me and the chance of my promotion was cancelled and I faced the danger of being replaced from my position in the ABC Company.

I had discussed the matter with the partners of the Company to make them to take some action in regard to situation (Sparrow &Cooper, 1998)
In order to solve the situation, I compared the shortcomings and advantages of the alternatives that were available to me. If I select the option and did not tell the matter to anyone in the Company then there was no any advantage for me but on the other side company might benefit in the situation if the account of the client is obtained exclusively. The first alternative supports many disadvantages for me, as the report comprised the bad performance of me and I would be responsible for the report consistency. In the situation of the litigation, I would be completely accountable for the impacts and legal issue and negative evaluation might jeopardize my position at the Company.The second alternative that was available to me, to tell about the situation to the partners of the Company, in that case the advantage of the plan could be that the real report of the audit will be issued and required charge is taken to make sure that the ethics code is truly followed in the coming time. The limitation of the alternative was it may impact the client to call off the account with the ABC Company. I was having the option to report the situation to the Public Organization that was formed with the execution of Sarbanes Act. In general, the provisions in this act have been designed to prevent the whistleblowers (Pasmore, 1978)
