Thus, when equipment of a recognized and reputed brand is purchased it helps in negating safety risk by complying with safety standards and using genuine spare parts, as well as budgeting wherein proper warranty and guarantees ensuring great customer service. Hence, the brand of equipment used helps in forming the perception of the organization and at the same time increases operational efficiency.

Lastly, the most important of all is the information risk. This refers to the knowledge regarding the operations and safety requirements of the equipment purchased. It is important for facility managers to be aware of the various safety precautions and requirements in order to use the equipment. Complex equipment required supervision from trainers and requires the customer to be of a certain weight to use it (Rahman and Basirat, 2018). Hence, knowledge risk is important to avoid mishaps and information sharing among trainers.
