1 Chapter 1: Introduction
Introduction
Prediction of people behaviour is predicting through the online tool known as Google Trend. It provides information from google search by the users in field of news, images, shopping, education, and e-commerce. Data accessibility for the certain time is collecting through filters posted on the search engine. Digital growth and technological advancement is increasing the demand of mobile phones in the local consumer. Today, every user is looking forward to get smart-phone with varying feature to stay technically advanced. Most searches on Google are doing on latest and trendy feature of mobile phones. Analysis and evaluation of data searched help the business owner to manage inventory of mobile phones which are in high demand. Collection of right information plays a vital role in increasing turnover of the business. Trending phrases and keywords searched are using for examining behaviour and attitude of user and how it gets changed with time. Time is using for calculating inclination of consumer towards the required feature, quality of service, and functionality. Responses to queries are extracting from the web search engine. The information is collecting through the search engine are categorising as location, timeframe, category, and type of search. Location helps in determining possible range of users and their inclination for particular area, city, and at global level. Timeframe is focusing on the last searched done by user in last hour. Data is collecting according to category searched item query. Type of search is doing on basis of image, news, shopping, education, and e-commerce.
There are various search engine channels such as Google trend, Internet explorer, yahoo, and others, is providing the opportunity to the business owner to design and explore their working units of the enterprise with respect to customer need. It helps in satisfying expectation and need of customers so that profitability and turnover of the firm is optimizing within less time. Marketing of product is doing by identifying customer’s expectations so that their inclination is seeing towards the organization to increase profitability of enterprise. Monitoring of brand performance is using to examining search through index word. It helps in gaining competitive advantage.
Aim
Aim of the research is investigating on exploration of google trend for data analysis for providing benefit to the mobile manufacturing company. The study will be helping in determining case studies and effectiveness of improving marketing strategies by implementing google trends so that it is deploying for refining business performance of mobile manufacturing company. During the research program, three case studies are taken for managing comparison and identify how performance of the company will be improving by making use of Google trend.

Significance
Research program is developed for studying the behaviour of case studies and impact of google trends on their operational working and marketing program. Significance of research program helps in comparing the result of Case studies which make use of Google trend for marketing their products. Research program contributes in identifying advantages, limitation, and impact on profitability of enterprise.
Thesis Structure
Thesis report is dividing into chapters. Introduction to the research program with specific aim is defined in chapter 1. Research central idea and gaps of different researchers are presenting in chapter 2 literature review. Methodology used for conducting the research is presenting in chapter 3 along with the case studies comparison for identifying use of google trends in improving performance of the company. Result and outcome evaluation is carrying out in chapter 4 to elaborate success and failure of research program to meet project goal and objective. Chapter 5 gives the brief discussion on the research completion so that adequate conclusion is drawing at the end of the project report.

In our research program, we cited the research papers for evaluating implication of google trends on different case studies and explore its benefits and advantages in improving performance of the business.
(Dutta & Dutta, 2019) provides the information about the working of google trends by implementing on the case study taken for study of features and demands of customers which are inhibiting in product so that it become their first choice and increases sale of business. Google trend is in high demand and becoming first choice of owners to expand their business by doing marketing of their product and company using online channels. It helps in increasing reachability to the global customers. (Smith, 2014) providing the information about type of data searched on the internet which is using for the organization to design their marketing strategy. Information of data accessibility for the certain time is collecting through filters posted on the search engine. Google trends provide relevant information collected on making searches using special characters. For example, ‘&’ ampersand is used for searching in place of writing ‘and’; Decoding of some special character is successfully done by the google for collecting relevant information of search on all platforms.
(Segev, 2014) focuses on problematic situation for the small businesses to highlight key features of their product by evaluating customer concern and demand related to it. Huge amount of budget is spending on marketing programs to increase sale of the business. It cannot be possible to arrange large sum of money by the small organization so it required getting platform for marketing and provides relevant information. Range of keywords and their synonyms are depending on its existence for a longer time on the google trend scenario.
(Sinicki, 2019) research design the case study is implementing Google trend for finding popular searches done by the customer through email marketing in last few hours, day, weeks, or months as demanded by the client. Customer satisfaction is achieving by matching with their thought and area of interest. Behaviour of organization changes with the google trend because productivity of enterprise changes from organization behaviour to customer behaviour. (Choimeun and et.al., 2014) focuses on Google trend is the platform which brings connectivity between the customers and organization to supply the product according to the demand placed by the consumers. The bell-shaped graph is creating which provides the information about the feelings and demands of users. Quality of service provided to the customers is improving by collecting details of customer interest. (Weber, 2015) predicts that it is advantageous to use Google search engine because it is free, easy to access, and fast. It is providing results of comparing the google search items. From the investigation, it had been seen that 40% of total budget is requiring for marketing and promotion platforms. It helps in providing return on investment if right marketing strategy is choosing for promoting the product. Bonding with existing and new customer is developing by posting information of products through developing branding program on the online channel. Recently, trend of brand is mostly focused. Planning of branding awareness is carrying out prior to the marketing of product so that customer mind sticks with the particular brand name and gets attracted towards it. Keyword planning is the important step of marketing because if marketing keyword matches with the keyword searched by the users brings the webpage on top rank which can result in visiting of users on the company website. Creation of new ideas and innovative trends keeps the organization ahead of competitors in the competitive world. Calendar of search is creating so that changes in trend of keyword search is examining and helping in adding new features to organization product to meet the criteria and quality standards set by the customers. It is requiring to explore the competition in the similar business market. For example, if merchandize showroom looks for the variety of dresses trends on the global market. Google trends explore the information about the women merchandize which is becoming the first choice of women on the global context. Use of Google trends for examining Big data to make web searches
Big data is using for performing searches done by the users on the web portal. Google trend gathers big data for facilitating search and provides relevant information to the users according to their demand. (Jun, Yoo, & Choi, 2018) conducted the research on Social network analysis to measure the effectiveness of google trends. It helps in identifying the customer behaviour to satisfy their financial and psychological need for making purchasing easy. Accessibility of internet is getting increased due to smart phones. Willingness of the consumers is identifying by analysing their search on the google platform. Decision making capabilities of the users get changed due to excessive search done on the product because it increases knowledge about the product. An inverted U-shaped graph are drawing in the intermediate period of search. It is the peak period of purchasing the product searched on the internet. Google trend was coming into existence in May 2006. Popularity of google trend was increasing in the year 2012. In 2012, trillions of searches were exploring on the Google trend. Responses of queries are generating instantaneously by enabling data mining technique on available web searches. Indexing of web searches is creating to get significant report of information collected. Time factor is identifying for calculating priority of search in a relevant time period. It is social platform for collecting real time and offline data from various sources. Indexing of information is used for presenting search results on the request of query posted by the users. Accessing of information through google platform is becoming trend because it is freely available on the online platform. Researchers focus on identifying the changes in consumer behaviour to maximise their level of satisfaction by minimizing uncertainties associated with purchasing cost and changes in thought. Consumer adoption model was creating to identify the accessibility of internet in managing social relation on social networking platform with the rise of smart phones availability. Information searched by the customers is based on pre-existence knowledge which affects decision making capabilities of them.

Google trend does not provide information of keyword search for time. It shows the information searched for particular time and geographical area. 3 Chapter 3: Design
Project is designing for exploring the advantages and benefits of google trends to explore data analysis for the undertaken case study of Mobile manufacturing company. In this, are investigating to compare the current marketing strategies adopted by the organization and how it is enhancing by using the google trend principles for getting knowledge of customers opinion, thought and new demands. Case study is representing automotive industry; company launches two models of car named as model 1 and model 2. We will add google trend index value for comparing the annual sale growth of the company.

Therefore, on the basis of search manufacturing companies moulded their designing plan according to the customer requirement so that sales can be accelerated.
Conclusion of case study is that forecasting of error rate is calculating on the monthly basis by collecting the significant information from the google trend index value.

Behaviour of customers is getting influenced through implication of data collected from the social media platform. Variance in sales is predicting by measuring positive and negative comments of the customers in relation with time-lag. Quality, need, and information are three factors which plays vital role in influencing decision of the consumers. Interest of consumers is measuring for finding the errors in prediction of sale. Services and facilities provided by the car is directly proportional to sentiments and expressions. Correlation between customer sentiments helps in setting price of the car model because it focuses on need and expectation of the customers. The research model is based on finding relationship between independent and dependent variable by formalizing the negative and positive responses with respect to total number of posts. Price of car model is fixing on analysing the future demand of the proposed model.
Study helps in determining facts by evaluating decision tree value so that accuracy is achieving in finding the sale rate of car model. It determines planning of car marketing by fixing price and cost on the basis of demand and expectation of the customers. Positive and negative reviews of the customer per model is using for obtaining relationship in respect to rejection and approval of the car model. Sale rate of car is predicting on analysing data from google trend. Comparison of sale rate is done between historic values and future demand of car model. From the analysis of case study, it is identifying that social media platform increases connectivity with the global customers, having positive influence on customers, future demand of car model, determining error constraints with the car model which can hurdle the sale of car.
Case study 2: Exploring the relationship between google trend and stock market
In this case study, direct relationship between google trend and stock market is identified. It focuses on gaining popularity of stock market by getting associated with google searches. Research methodology is based on data collected through google trend. Data was collected from 2004 to 2017 for searching the large data sets through the process of normalization. Google trend is used for collecting and analysing 13 years data from the past history. It focuses on developing report on buying and selling of stock during initial and final year. During the investigation of 13 years data is found that there is no consistency between in the performance measures. Forecasting of the stock selling and buying is calculating through developing the correlation matrix for minimizing the error rate for the validation of stock market stability. Conclusion of the paper is that changes in the stock price are directly get affected by popularity of search. It helps in deciding future market of the stock price. There are two stock market companies taken named as Citigroup pvt. Ldt. denoted by C and Bank of America Ltd. denoted by BAC. Case study 3: Exploring the relationship between google trend and forecasting rate of suicide in Ireland
The case study was designing for identifying validity of google trend in forecasting rate of suicide in Ireland. It focuses on finding the major cause of suicide which is most frequently searched on the google search engine. In Ireland, rate of deaths is increasing due to the increasing rate of committed suicide. Google trend is used for developing statistical report by the data collected from last 10 years. Occurrence of suicide cases are calculating on linear and non-linear model. Data is changing with the span of time. From the investigation, it is found that there are various reasons for committing suicide. Google search is made by using keywords like committing suicide, how to die, anxiety, how to overcome depression, painless suicide, unemployment, what are the symptoms of depression, and others. Correlation matrix is preparing on the basis of search queries and keywords. The graph below shows the list of suicide thoughts which occurred in the mind of citizen of Ireland. The high rising spikes is used for identifying the frequency of searching same data again by different users. It is found that depression, feeling down, and unemployment are the common causes of committing suicide. It is predicting by analysing data present on google search engine. Data is collected for last five years to measure trends and most common reasons for conducting suicide.

Thoughts related to suicides retrieve relevant information from the internet. Planning of suicide is getting influenced by information uploaded on the web. There are common keywords and phrases used by the users for finding information related to suicide methods such as how painless suicide can be attempted, which is most commonly used suicide method, how to kill yourself, how to commit suicide, and others. End-users are seeking information about the suicide from Google trend. Research model of the case study is based on neural network concept for testing sentiments and emotions of the users. Government is making use of Google trend for getting relevant information about suicide cases so that proactive action plan is preparing for minimizing occurrence of suicide committed by the people. Correlation index is calculating by determining the value of time lag and queries posted in relation to suicide on the google platform. From the investigation, it is found that there are some common causes of suicide such as depression, feeling of loneliness, suicide thoughts, and others.
Summarising comparison of case study:
There are some common points related to google trend in different cases which are exploring during the investigation. Research is composing of three different cases which are forecasting sale of car, forecasting changes in stock price and market, and reason of suicide cases in Ireland. It has been found that google trend is act as surveillance for analysing real-time data collected over last five to ten years to get information about most common trends seen in their course work. Infrastructure of collected data is preparing from the google search engine which provides adequate information and transparency in fostering data forecasting.
From the investigation, it is found that Google trends plays vital role in resolving issues and complexities associated with the working model of the companies. In the case study of car sale, comparison of selling is evaluating without and with using google trends for estimating the demand and need of customers. Case study on Stock market is using the google trend information for enhancing sale of business by increasing level of product to meet the rising demand of future. Case study on suicide rate in Ireland is making use of Google trend data for identifying main causes of suicide and how it will be minimized in the coming year.

Data analysis is performing on the case studies data used for investigation to find advantages of google trends for promoting sale of the enterprise. Prediction of error rates helps in evaluating the efficiency of proposed models. The graph below shows the increment in the sale of business and minimizing death rate in Ireland by using Google trend. It helps in improving performance of the undertaken case study.
Analysis of google trend evaluated that customer demand is changing over time. Selection of mobile phones depends on features and functionalities provided by the smart devices. With the digital advancement connectivity with the internet is also changing. Historically 3G was the fastest network connectivity. It increases downloading and uploading of files speed but with the passage of time demand of speed is increased therefore invention of 4G smart phone was establishing. It covers massive target market and facilitates customers by fulfilling their demand. In today’s scenario, it is in constant status. The demand of using 4G mobile features smart phone is neither increasing nor declining but along with it 5G come into existence to attract global target audience and covers up entire market of 4G. Differences in the product quality occur since it is dependent on limited customer reviews and data collected from other platforms. It provides suggestions and opinion from the global world which helps in adding trendy feature to the mobile and helps in becoming the first choice of the customers. It works on developing strong relationship with the customers.

Result outcome provides the platform for discussion for evaluating the impact of searching attitude and behaviour of the customers on the overall managerial process designed for uplifting sale and purchase of product developed by the company. Supply and demand of the products is examining by their google search results. Mobile manufacturing company will develop mobile phones according to the demanding features so that they can meet expectation of the customers. Managerial issues are resolving by identifying interest and forecasting behaviour of customers. Value and features depends on the thinking, concepts, and ideas. It determines the project goal and objectives to intimate sudden outbreak of sale and purchase of the product. Importance of search engines is measuring by knowledge gain about the customer demand and perspective. Key performance indicators of the product is determining by retrieving the information from the google trend platform. Expectation and need of the consumers can be determined and revealed by identifying most trending information. Customer satisfaction is achieving by matching with their thought and area of interest. It makes the emotional attachment of the customers with the company website as it fulfilled their complete demand. Exponential growth of customer data gets increased due to technological advancement and development of social media platform. It is difficult to analyse the trends of customers by receiving such a big data. It is required to have a tool which provides the result of searching. Google trend is the successful tool which is capable of providing relevant information about the latest searches done by the users. Use of keywords provide privilege during the search as when the customer make the search using keyword used in company marketing policy will bring the website on the top pages which increases probability of customer to visit company website and hence increasing sale and turnover of the firm. High rating given by the customer on the review system makes the company popular. Connectivity between the user and company is managing by providing quality of service which brings feeling of satisfaction in them.

Google trend is the successful tool to retrieve information and insight stories of the customers. Information is filtering through the search done by user in form of image, text, news, or any you tube channel. Information is exploring among different platforms of google to create trend of keyword searched by customers. It is also capable of providing the report of comparison on the basis of language, region, climate, location, and others. Demands of product change over time which affects sale of product. Top searches show the path of similar search done by the users. Interpreted report is useful for deigning the marketing strategy for company. It gathers information about google trendy keyword to send alert signal which is useful for manager to change their decision during the manufacturing process and added new functionalities and features into the product.
Performance of the organization is improving by exploring data analysis through the use of google trend. Applicability of google trend is useful if changes in the company working practices are doing with the changing need of customers with the passage of time. Quality of service and product features are providing on demand than only it can increase sale of the organization because fluctuation in the demand occurs with the time passes. Information which is going viral on the internet platform is evaluating by using google trend. It provides the information about customer inclination and rising demand which is becoming common choice of most global public. Peak value represents the rising rate of demanded feature. According to the season requirement variation in the google search is seeing. For example, search related to ice-cream is in high demand during summer season, invention of new feature increases the demand of mobile phones, and others. Performance of the organization is directly proportional to the demand which means that decrease in demand will affect performance of the enterprise negatively and if demand is high it means company is doing well and is on right track. Google trend is the useful tool for evaluating the demand of customers which can be embedded in the product to meet their expectations.
From the above discussion, experimental set up, information collected from case study and literature review it is evaluating that growth of the organization can be improved by initializing the google trend data analysis report for developing product and creating marketing strategy because it provides the complete information about the outdated features which has to be removed, addition of new and trendy features, and rising demand of customers. Keyword planning technique is good to use marketing strategy as it helps in bringing the webpage of top search items which directly affects the growth of company. It brings awareness in the customers about the new business that it is providing quality product according to their demand and expectation.
6 Chapter 6: Conclusion
Research Limitation
Limitation of this research is that it is conducting for gathering information about role played by google trend in providing information about the mobiles companies only. Google trend is the single tool used for collecting the information about the marketing strategy adopted by the enterprise in our research. Other tools such as yahoo, bingo, internet explorer, Microsoft explorer, and others are not used for collecting trendy information about the marketing strategy is adopting by the mobile company for increasing their selling of product.
Future scope of project
Future scope of project is to investigate the changes in customer demand and how management should change its decision to incorporate with the expectation of customers. Development of system which is capable of sending alerts messages on the email account of user about the latest news about their search items. It helps in making search easy and provides new direction to get relevant research from the search engine portal.
Conclusion
It is concluding that responses to queries are extracting from the web search engine. Diversification of thoughts is the domain of search trend from global remote areas. Indexing is developed by finding the keyword from the phrases or sentence searched on the search engine. Point of interest is noting by specifying index or keyword of the phrases. Google trend is using to find out information regarding the user who posted their query of search. Daily analysis report of google search is aggregated to get information about the research questions which are mostly asked by the end users. It helps in identifying concerns and opinion of users in public interest. Marketing experts of company is requiring to focus on investigation of customer traffic on particular keyword, developing timeline chart, identifying topic searched by the cluster of groups for particular time and its frequency, measuring content of features available in product advertisement, checking data of video used for marketing, and others. Google trend is the best option for the small entrepreneur because it helps in collecting and evaluating information of customer search to enhance feature of product and promotes quality of service provided to the customers. It is seeing that marketing of branding of small organization can be done on the global platform by adding information of queries into marketing program. It helps in promoting business website during web search done by using particular keyword which is adding in the marketing program of the enterprise. Marketing expenses of the company is reducing by exploring the information on the google platform. It is a free engine which is used for managing flow of information between the customer and company. Centralised idea of methodology is that to predict problem domain of the company so that suitability of google trend can be tested to ensure that it is beneficial for increasing sale and productivity of the organization with respect to customer demand and expectation.
