You can work individually or in pairs for this assignment. The aim of this assignment is for you to become familiar with organising files ready for laser cutting.
You are to produce a 1:1000 scale contour model using the file ‘Oratia 1000’. This can be done in either Illustrator or Vectorworks.
The given file is already at 1:1000 scale. However you will need to consider the relationship between the card thickness and the vertical scale of your model.
You need to incorporate your name(s) and the model scale. This needs to be engraved as part
of the laser cutting process and highlighted in your digital file.
