In current market base hospitality is the fastest growing company and they offer 72.4 million jobs within their industry (Gertner et al. 2010). Through the growth of e-commerce hospitality industry gives a emerging career opportunities. The management of hospitality industry arrange program to teach principles and procedure for success. In addition of specialized course the hospitality and tourism industry can able to develop a strong business management foundation. These are entrepreneurship, Accounting, Sales, Management, and Public Speaking and so on.

In hospitality industry has been present large number of employee to perform various roles. It is the major part of earning source of the hospitality industry. Tourism is one of the big segments of important in the hospitality industry. Reid and Bojanic (2009) stated that Tourism industry defined as a wide range of place, business along with the individuals that is the combination pack of the different delivering way or travel experience. Hospitality industry was representing most elaborate working sectors in the current market of business.

The scope of the hospitality is that it provides a wide range of service to the consumers such as accommodation, food, lodging, gaming, entertainment and many more. It is also known as a well being services and facilities in the hospitality and tourism industry. Also hospitality industry is a billion dollar industry so there have many opportunities to provide jobs. It also consist a wide range of facilities to the customers.

Han et al. (2010) opined that hospitality industry has contributed different ways of services to the consumers. The way may be the increases of disposal incomes, taking no frills strategies for travelling, chose easier way for travels that make out results to improve the style. Also offering more time to the leisure activities the hospitality industry can able to increases their business. Rewarding the employee on their work base also helps the industry to develop successfully. Contribution of these factors helps the hospitality industry to extend their business widely. Providing leisure service can able the industry to increase their employment.

It helps them to sustain their customer base (Downey and Deveau, 2009). Also the relevant professional bodies set the route for achieving the goals of the industry. If the organization includes a qualified employee in their service they can serve better to the customers. Professional bodies of Hospitality industry set the goals and objectives of the industry and assess a professional examination to improve their business. More over professional bodies provides continuous support to the staff of the industry for developing their skills. Also they provide an learning opportunities and tools for proper planning and recording. Through the professional bodies hospitality can published their overall features by giving ads, or through books or journals. Also professional bodies in hospitality industry provide a network where the expertise can able to share their ideas for increases the business. By proper monitoring the overall structure of hospitality industry they are identify the issues and planned a proper strategic plan to resolve the issues (Han et al. 2010). By conducting a proper training process professional bodies in hospitality industry trained their employee in their relevant field, through it the employees can able to serve better to the customers. They help to maintain proper disciplines in hospitality industry. They also enable the fair access of the profession through it the people can able to being professional on their relevant field. In hospitality industry there are present different types of industry like restaurants, hotel, tourism etc. So for different industry required different skilled staff to perform better. For restaurant industry food service staff is required. These are includes of servers, cooks, host and hostesses (Goulding, 2009). Cooks and chefs are the kitchen staff, they prepare the foods, creates menu and buy the food supplies. Chefs are works under the heads cooks. Chefs are preparing the food and sometimes they direct the other workers in the kitchens. Servers take customers order and deliver the prepared food and beverage according to their order. Servers need to high qualified because by serve properly to the customer enable to satisfy them. If the server cannot serve properly or fulfill the demands the customer are not satisfied. So they needs to proper trading (Gertner et al. 2010). Also cooks and chefs are needs for training in their relevant filed to prepare better meals. Sometime it is seen that cooks and chefs are learned from experience and provides delicious foods.

Housekeeping staffs are required for the hotel industry. In hotel industry it needs to keep clean the accommodations for the customers. The housekeeping staff of hotel acts as a hotel to make beds, clean the rooms and bathrooms, sanitizes the rooms. Proper training is required for the housekeeping staff according to the statistical bureau.

For the tourism industry in hospitality industry travel agent are required. Travel agent helps the customers for planning the trips, booking and entertainment. Travel agent advised the customers which one is the best or suitable for them (Espino-Rodríguez and Gil-Padilla, 2009). Also by giving a clear idea about the trip agents are able to convince the customers. Agents work in hotels resorts as well as tour and providing different offers to the customers. Travel agent also required training about the rules and regulation and also the systems of the industry.

2. b) Required roles, responsibilities and qualification of staff in hospitality industries

For the hospitality industry staff plays key roles. The staff can able to satisfy the customers. Management of hospitality industry plays for the industry to develop a strategic plan for growing the business (Downey and Deveau, 2009). Cooks and chefs are important for the industry. By providing delicious food with maintaining healthy it enable the industry to attract the customers. If the customers get healthy along with the delicious food they can comes the industry again and again. In UK the people creates a habits to eat out side of home. Also the people are very much conscious about their health. So role of the cooks and chefs in industry to provide the customer delicious food with fully maintain of healthy purpose. Servers are plays the key role in hospitality industry. Servers are engage to serve the customers. Housekeeping in hotel industry can able to satisfy the customer by giving better service like make the bed cleanly, clean the room time to time as well as bathrooms. Staffs are responsible pretty much for develop or increases the business of the hospitality industry. If the customers are not satisfied staffs is responsible (Chand and Kumar, 2009). By reviewing properly about the demand of the customers staff need to produces service. This is their responsibilities for the industry. In hospitality industry qualified staffs are required. In restaurants or hotel peoples are come from different environment. So the staff needs to interact with them properly. If the staff are qualified and well known about their job they can easily handle the customers and also fulfill their demand. But if they are not qualified they are unable to fulfill the demand. Also proper training is required to develop the skills of staff. Staffs are qualified but if they do not what to do in the industry it is unable to perform better or satisfied the customers (Blomme et al. 2009). Proper training can only gives them idea on their relevant field and they are enabling to serve or perform better.

Also they offer them different type of entertainment. So the visitors were willing to travel with them. T is also increases the business of hospitality industry. Also the international tourism industry takes all responsibility of their customers like food, lodging etc. So the customers can easily finish their work. It also attracts the customers. In current market of hospitality industry different type of technology was also used (Ransley and Ingram, 2012). Different type of food cutter, cooking machine, mixer juicer, different types of facial machine, hair cutting machine, gaming tools, wireless internet access etc is used. Many organizations were face challenge from its competitors in hospitality industry. Some organization provides low cost products, some provides healthy product on the other hand some provides delicious food. So every organization faces many problems.
