We can say that it was one of the best known industries which brings in profits and  a lot of rewards to the people and the local citizens. Very few know the fact that the local labourers were the maximum that were being exploited in the industry. The main challenge that was being faced up by the staff was the time and reliability with which people used to do work.
People expect a lot from them and it is very tough for them to maintain that amount of decorum. Sometimes it would be good but sometimes it would be bad for the people and the staff. They were either being over exploited because of the same or were being not treat  as per the normal industry standards. This was the most important challenge that was being faced up by the people and the industry men. This laid a lot of problems for them.
Another main challenge that was being faced up by the people and staff was the amount of money or the compensation amount that was being paid to them. The compensation amount that was being paid was very les and the amount of profits that was being earned by them was very more. This was another major drawback and this lead to a lot of problems for the staff. They wee not satisfied with the work and this also lead to a lot of revote for the people send the staff.
Apart from it another major challenge was the extreme hot and humid conditions under which they have to work. We all know that under what condition these people used to work. Their would be no fans and no air conditioners and this made their working more difficult. People had to mange all those things and they have to work because this was their own breed and butter. This kind of mentality and arena was very much disliked by the staff and the people and this became on of the biggest challenges that was being faced up by the local people.
Last but not the least the challenge of not making the goods as per the specifications of the customer was another main draw back. They were being treated badly for this and this made them more prone to violence in these areas. One of the main reasons why women do not come to these  areas was the bad behavior of the employees and the customers. They are prone to all kinds of violence’s an disturbance and this case was registered very properly with them. They used to weep but no one came to help the more support them in the case  of crisis. Hence, great emphasis was being laid upon the staff and the people and their mental and physical behavior. They had to be taught that people and staff are one and the same.
