The time is an important factor for deciding something, because if not taken at the right time, the good decisions if implemented late give bad results to the organization and can cause loss and inefficiencies in the companies. In similarity with the intelligence system, platform of enterprise content management system provide a support to the decision which are done within an organization in analyzing  data, and there has been an increase in the memory of an organization. 

Result of the Survey

According to the survey 11.8% of the people are engaged in the business of the online retailing,54% of the business leaders agree that the enterprise control management system can be very effective in changing the infrastructure of the company, whereas 46% of the people disagree with this, it is important for majority of the organization that is 81% to have an idea that application serves based on industry which are built on XML, SOAP provides a base of communication between ECMS and the application, while 8.6% has no idea and rest thinks  that  it is not important.70% of the people agree  that change in management of the organization is required to transform enterprise to enterprise control management ,while rest disagree with this point, and 81.6 % of the people believe that enterprise control management system can be beneficial to the company ,and rest do not agree with this fact. Boundaries has been removed by business process management which were imposed by system and applications through which business process were being executed according to the 95.6%,where as 5.4 % has no idea.81.3% people agree with the fact  that ECM has been used by decision makers for having an idea of an application, and how are the different application interrelated or different from each other, where as 18.7% strongly disagree ,and 75.2% agree with the fact to understand the  infrastructure of future information technology and to make an important decision regarding application and technologies, ECM has been used by decision makers, and rest don’t agree with this and to avoid loss in functionality and data’s in future ,for this decision makers used ECM  as a tool, according to 72.3% of the people, where as rest of the leaders disagree with this, and according to 96.6% of the business leaders enterprise application integration has a vital role in the framework through which between various application, there exist an interoperability, where as 4.4% do not have any idea regarding this issue. 

Analysis & Evaluation of the Survey

After the survey, it has been analyse that Enterprise Control Management System play an important role for the people who are engaged in business related to the online retailing,ECMS is very beneficial to the company, according to the decision makers of the business, Enterprise Control Management System differentiate between different applications, and it can help in understanding the infrastructure of future information technology .
