Answer:

In Kotter’s eight-step change model, the most difficult part for a leader will be in step five where the person has to remove the obstacles to make the change happen (Cameron & Green, 2012). Whenever the organization is going through a change, obstacles will be huge and it will mainly come from the employees who will be unwilling to go for the change, thus, the leaders have to take care of the fourth step where they have to communicate the vision well (Manning & Curtis, 2015). If the employees are able to understand the vision properly, they will be able to accept the change in a smooth manner.
