The origins of the six day war-MAH_140115_25420_2_49697

The origin of the Six Day War that took place in June 1967 can be traced to nearly two decades back when the first Arab-Israeli war concluded in 1958 with the establishment of the state of Israel and with armistice agreements that were concluded on the Egyptian, Jordanian and Syrian fronts. These armistice agreements were supervised by the United Nations Truce Supervision Organization or the UNTSO.  However in 1956, the enmity of Israel with Egypt increased significantly when it invaded Sinai along with the support from Britain and France as a reaction to the nationalization of the Suez Canal as announced by President Nasser. The war on the issue of Suez Canal ended with the signing of two principal agreements. These were related with the establishment of the United Nations Emergency Force that was deployed along the Egyptian Israeli border but the force was only stationed on the Egyptian territory. The second agreement was the Egyptian approval of free passage of designer ships in the Gulf of Aqba that were heading towards the Israeli port of Eilat moving through the Straits of Tiran.[1]

Everyday’s life becomes so bust that one not getting much time for talking about the cultural set by the earlier generation. It includes cleaning of teeth in morning, making a cup of coffee, showering, getting children ready, say hello to neighbors, going to office, lunch, and watching TV. Different people have their different lives and different routines. People may have different cultures and these cultures can vary from social and psychological points. People understand their way for living in the society and how these cultures set their complete routine. The routine is well organized and it depends on the values of the cultures. Societies have their meaning because of the people and their thinking, values, norms and different believes. The only difference is that thinking and believes varies from one society to other society. All humans are cultural being and having the ability to think and stimulate accordingly. For example in animals, when lion sees another animals then consider it as a prey and then it tries to hunt it. On the other hand humans on seeing others react according to their thinking, attitude and cultural values. Human relations are set according to their values, believes and norms. Cultural aspects are important as they teach the exact meaning of life. Cultural values are transferred from one generation to the next generation. The next generation keeps on the values, norms of the previous generation. This process is keep going on and the all the humans are related by these values and norms. Humanity lies within every human and this aspect make them to believe and trust on each other. For a better society trust and love are the two powerful tools and these tools are helpful in creating the relations. Orientation of the people or a particular group helps in creating the culture for the generations. Social contexts are operating in between these groups. (David Inglis, 2005)

Work in everyday life collaborates effectively with colleagues or client in daily routine of life. Societies are having different meaning in relation to the opposite sexes. Believes are set about the biology and psychological thinking. This will reflect the cultures of life and meaning in the society. The working ability of the male and female is different. The context is related to the social construction of the gender rather than the areas of working. Social intuitions are having the cultures that are basically relates to gender. These explain that female have to act in some different way. These kinds of values bind the societies and goals cannot be achieved successfully. This is termed as socialization and how the things are told that is how the culture is set has the prime importance. (Holmes, 2009)

Sociology assignment essay help on: Sociological theories and women in today’s society

Introduction:

Sample AssignmentAccording to Crossman (The feminist theory is one that is one of the most contemporary sociological theories. The main purpose of this theory is to analyze the status differences between men and women in the society and then use this information to create a better life for the women in the society. The current scenario has also allowed the feminist theorists to ask the question that how does the differences amid women, including how race, class, ethnicity and age traverse with gender. As per Zack (2005) the main purpose of the theory is to give a motive and a voice to the woman in today’s society and to show the world how in the past women have contributed to the growth and safety of the society that we all live in today. Although there has been a clear understanding between the differences of a man and a woman when it comes to the physical aspect, however the feminist theory may not necessarily refer to the fairer sex. The theory is about getting the woman a place of stature and respect in the society however this may not exactly involve a woman as a sex. The theory differentiates between sex and gender. Although the ordinary language uses the two interchangeably but the definition of the two has come into scrutiny during the recent times.

Book Review: Friction: An Ethnography of Global Connection

Book Review: Friction: An Ethnography of Global Connection

The main focus of Anna Tsing’s “Friction: an Ethnography of Global Connection” is towards Indonesian rainforest, which is like a space of awkward engagement. This also involves the collection of characters, which are ranging from Nature lovers and illegal loggers and moves towards the crony capitalists and indigenous activist. Almost everyone who comes in between is also involved. The use of awkward is like a metaphorical-analytical tool, which is indicative of friction, which she has explained in her book as “awkward, unequal, unstable, and creative qualities of interconnection across difference (Tsing 2005).” This has been indicative of the methodological challenge across space. This space has been handled by the author gracefully by highlighting the interconnections, which exist between the people and places. It has been highlighted that the author has shown interest in seeing the interconnection that exist for different creatures and this has played a pivotal role in undertaking the examination of universals as the centre-focus of her study (Tsing 2005).

Essay writing Assignment help on : Does Religion cause War

Religion has been defined as the beliefs that are being created for the god (Oxford University Press      2012). People are motivated to follow particular religion because of the practices and values of the spiritual leader. It is being followed since the olden times and still it is prevalent in recent times. Conflicts occur in societies in the name of religion when they are related with certain factors such as family, caste and creed, nation and race. People become very rigid in their approach due to influence of the intellectual approach towards religion. Individuals want be associated with the groups who follow particular value system in the name of religion. People follow Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam and Christianity to show that they belong to particular, country and culture. The factors such as politics and power have got higher influence upon the religion. Countries have been involved into wars in the name of religion to show that they are having larger groups and more power is gained by them. It has become a debatable issue in today’s time whether religion is important or not. Every religion has been stating that their god is super powerful and their religion is the best one (About.com     2012). People say that religion causes war but many of the teaching and laws have been coming from the different type of religion. The war between the Christian and Islam countries is an example of weak religion. U.S has been fighting for the group called Al Qaeda which resembles the Islam community and its religion. People have changed the viewpoint towards all the Muslims saying that they have been spreading the terrorism globally. It’s not true because due to few illiterate people in the society everyone has to suffer throughout the world. Some people say that it is supernatural thing and the faith towards god is being handled from one generation to the other generations. Discrimination in the name of religion should not be there at places such as organization, schools, and societies. People have been saying that morality comes with religion. It is that culture of a particular country or group is being highlighted with the religion. It has been providing meaning to life by linking it with the psychology of the people. Religion causes war not only between two countries but it is seen that it creates difference between the individuals. The religious discrimination will accommodate the misbehavior and the illegal activities in the society. The people who believe in religion highly are supposed to tolerate the violence and other activities (Catholics World Report    2012). It has been stated that religion has been supporting the social, cultural aspects for development. It is being used as an instrument to build the nation in economical terms. It has also created the problems in the terms of the humanity because people have been following it with a blind faith to prove themselves right (Answers Corporation       2012).
